To find details about your tenant's payment holds or abatements, first log into the Partner Portal. Once logged in, click on the "Holds & Abatements" link located on the left side of the page. This section will display a list of all holds and abatements associated with your tenants. You can refine this list by using the dropdown menus to filter by unit address, type (Unit or Abatement), or status (Open or Closed). This feature allows you to easily monitor and manage any issues related to payment holds or abatements for your properties.
