How can I find information about my tenants?

To find information about your tenants in the Partner Portal, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Partner Portal.
2. Click on the "My Families" link on the left side of the page.
3. You will see a list showing general information about your tenants.
4. To view more details about a specific tenant, click on the magnifying glass icon next to their name. This will provide you with additional details, including head of household information and unit characteristics.
