How do I register or create a new account as a property manager?

To create a new account as a property manager, please contact the Long Beach Housing Authority directly to submit your request.

Important Note: You will not be able to log into the Partner Portal until your account has been approved. After submitting your request, you will receive an email notification within 3-5 business days confirming whether your account has been approved. Once approved, you will be able to log into the Partner Portal and access its features.
