How do I register or create a new account as a property owner?

To create a new account as a property owner, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Create an Account" link
2. Enter your Tax ID
3. Press the "Match Housing Providers" button
4. Verify the information displayed on the screen
5. Enter your desired username, password, and email address
6. Select the "Create Account" button

Please note, you may not be able to log into the Partner Portal until your account has been approved. You will receive an email notification within 3-5 business days confirming the approval of your account, after which you will be able to access the portal.
