You will be notified of a scheduled annual inspection through an inspection notice letter mailed approximately 2-4 weeks before the inspection date. For initial (move-in) inspections, scheduling will be done over the phone or via email.
To ensure you receive these notifications, please keep your mailing addresses and phone numbers current and send any updates or changes in writing to the Housing Authority. Additionally, owners and property managers can access the owner portal to obtain information about upcoming inspections.
